Combine multiple photos into one PDF

Receipts and class notes often arrive as separate photos. Combine them into one PDF by choosing the images, putting them in order and checking the saved document for missing pages.

Features checked ·

Each photo becomes one PDF page. This tool accepts up to 10 JPG or PNG files and fits each image to the page while preserving its proportions.

Prepare readable images

Use JPG or still PNG files up to 20 MB each, 100 MB combined and 24 megapixels per image. HEIC and animated PNG files are unsupported; prepare copies in a supported format first.

Zoom into the original photos before conversion. A PDF container will not make blurred text sharper.

Choose an order and paper size

  1. Choose your photosOpen Images to PDF and select the files. Wait for every image to finish checking.
  2. Arrange the listMove the cover, main pages and appendix with Up and Down. Remove or replace a failed image before creating the PDF.
  3. Set the page layoutChoose A4 or Letter. Auto orientation follows each image, so one document can contain portrait and landscape pages. Choose a fixed orientation if all pages must match.
  4. Create and saveSelect Create PDF, then Save PDF. On a phone, look for the file in your browser’s downloads list.

What changes inside the PDF

Images are re-encoded as JPEG with a maximum long edge of 3,000 pixels. Transparent PNG areas become white. Your original files stay unchanged, but the images inside the PDF are not byte-for-byte copies.

Compare small print and diagrams at a readable zoom level. Text in these photos remains part of an image. The tool does not run OCR or create searchable text from a photo.

Check the saved document

Confirm that the PDF has one page for each selected photo. Check rotation, margins and cropped-looking text. Saving a PDF does not also submit it to another website.

For documents that are already PDFs, use Merge / split PDF directly. This avoids taking new screenshots of their pages.
