Set file size, pixels and format for a batch of photos
For product photos or repeated uploads, set the requirements once and apply them to a batch. Each original image is different, so check every output before submitting it.
Separate the three requirements
Write down the maximum file size, pixel dimensions and allowed format. An example requirement of 200 KB or less, at most 800 pixels wide and JPG can be set together. This example is illustrative, not an institution’s upload rule.
Batch mode preserves each original’s proportions. For a different area or ratio, first use Crop and rotate in single-photo mode and save the edited image. Small originals are not enlarged. Check both output dimensions when exact values are required.
Run the batch
- Select Multiple photosUse the compact control beside the photo selection heading and choose JPG or PNG files.
- Choose your output settingsSet KB, width or height in pixels, and output format. Choose PNG to retain transparency. Converting to JPG makes transparent areas white.
- Review each resultCheck the success or failure state and actual size for every image. Identical settings can produce different results from different photos.
- Save the resultsDownload files individually or save successful outputs as a ZIP. Failed images are excluded from the ZIP.
Save settings for repeat work
The Saved settings card below photo selection stores up to five combinations in the same browser. It does not store the photos.
Settings do not automatically follow you to another device. Clearing browser data can remove them. If browser storage is blocked, check whether your settings remain after reloading.
Check the extracted files
Unzip the download and count the files. Open images at a readable zoom level to check text and edges. If an image cannot meet the target, try smaller pixel dimensions or JPG when transparency is unnecessary.
To deliver the images in one document, continue with Images to PDF. Files do not move automatically between tools; select your saved outputs in the next tool.
